The L-RAMP team has three parts – the
Advisory Board, the Steering Committee and
the Operations team.
The Advisory Board is the highest decision
making body of L-RAMP and comprises members
nominated by the three L-RAMP partners.
Role
The Advisory Board takes decisions on
selecting innovations for providing L-RAMP
incubation services and advises on strategic
issues. More specifically, the Advisory
Board:

Gives overall guidance to the programme to
meet goals
-
Evaluates and approves funding of the
proposals under the programme
-
Reviews progress of the projects already
supported
-
Monitors the Steering Committee and
-
Carries out any other activity that is
considered as necessary for the success of
the project / programme.

Role
The Steering Committee (SC) of L-RAMP
oversees the operational aspects of the
programme, in addition to screening
innovations and making recommendations for
the Board's consideration. More
specifically, the Steering Committee:

Steers the activities associated with
networking of institutions

Evaluates and shortlists proposals for
review by the Advisory Board
-
Evaluates and approves L-RAMP support up to
the first milestone of a project
-
Periodically reviews and assesses progress
of all the funded projects
-
Recommends interim requests for
modifications in the original proposals of
the ongoing projects for the approval of the
Advisory Board
-
Approves any external mentoring support
request for the projects, in the form of
expertise and other organizational support
and
-
Recommends other activities proposed by
the Cell Office under the Programme.
